Inspired by the ultra-viral Dubai Chewy Cookie that originated in Korea and took over social media, we turned the nearly-impossible-to-make treat into a spoonable, stretchable, dunk-on-everything experience.

Despite the name, there’s no actual cookie inside.

The original chewy cookie looks like mochi, but it’s made from dense marshmallow wrapped around chocolate. It’s called a “cookie” because of its nostalgic flavor and gooey center — but the texture is stretchy, bouncy, and wildly satisfying.
