Chocbox is a fun and delicious DIY chocolate-making experience. Each kit comes with everything you need to make your own gourmet stuffed chocolate bars at home! It’s simple, hands-on, and perfect for date nights, gifts, or treating yourself.
Our full kits include:
Chocolate melting wafers
Delicious fillings (like Pistachio Cream, Biscoff, Strawberry shortbread, Kataifi, etc.)
A reusable Chocbox Branded mold
Step-by-step instructions
Note: Refill kits do not include a mold.

Our standard processing time is 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri). Shipping usually takes 1–5 business days via DHL/USPS. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order is on the way!
Sometimes DHL/USPS delays scanning packages. If your tracking hasn’t moved for a few days, don’t worry—there is a chance it is still in transit. If nothing changes after 7 days, reach out and we’ll make it right!

So sorry about that! If your tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t get it:
1. Double-check your address and surroundings.
2. Ask household members or neighbors.
3. Wait 48 hours—it may show up late.
Still nothing? We’ll submit a claim and send a replacement. We’ll ask you to sign a short affidavit confirming the loss.
We get that a lot! Chocbox kits are DIY so you can melt, stuff, and decorate your own bar at home. It only takes 15–20 minutes—and it’s way more fun (and fresh!) than a pre-made bar.

We'll take care of the rest (after a quick affidavit for our insurance).
Absolutely. If the chocolate didn’t melt or your kit didn’t turn out right, email us and we’ll send a replacement so you can try again.
