Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns policy. Once you receive your item, it cannot be returned as it is a perishable food product.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the correct item, the fastest way is to place a new order after your return is accepted. This allows you to secure the desired item promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive your request, we will notify you if a refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
